Information on exercising the right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons within 14 days.

For services, the period starts when the contract is concluded. For sales contracts, it starts on the day when you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods. For multiple goods delivered separately, it starts upon receipt of the last good; for goods delivered in lots or pieces, upon receipt of the last lot or piece; for periodic deliveries, upon receipt of the first good.

To exercise the right, send an unequivocal statement by post or email before the deadline. You may use the model form below, but its use is not mandatory.

You may also submit the declaration using the dedicated online function. After activating “Confirm withdrawal”, an acknowledgement containing the declaration and its submission date and time will be sent to you by email without undue delay. Withdraw from the contract here

To meet the 14-day deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal communication before the period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse payments received, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed. Reimbursement uses the same payment method unless another method was expressly agreed, without fees for the consumer.

We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that they were sent back, whichever occurs first.

Send or hand the goods to the address below without undue delay and no later than 14 days after communicating the withdrawal. The deadline is met if the goods are sent before it expires.

The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are liable only for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

If you requested that a service begin during the withdrawal period, you owe an amount proportionate to the services supplied until the withdrawal was communicated, relative to the full coverage of the contract.

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases listed in Article 16 of Romanian Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014. Where applicable, these include: fully performed services where performance began with prior express consent and the consumer acknowledged losing the right after full performance; personalised goods; goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly; sealed health-protection or hygiene goods once unsealed; inseparably mixed goods; sealed recordings or software once unsealed; digital content begun with prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right is lost.
